Membership Toolkit Directory

Welcome to all new and returning families! Now that the parent portal is live with teacher assignments it's time to login to our online directory to find out who's in your child's class!

Returning families: you can log into your account with the same email/password you created last year.
New families: please follow the steps below to create an account.

Step 1: Create new login/password

Visit the site: Chatsworth Avenue PTA Membership Toolkit.
On the website, click “Register” and follow the prompts. You’ll get an email asking you to verify your account.

Step 2: Download the Free App

After registering online, search for Membership Toolkit in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use the same username and password in the app to access the directory.

Step 3: Manage Your Information & Privacy Settings

From the home page, click: My Account > Directory Publish Preferences

Do you want your child's name to show up in a class list? If you do, select YES when asked if you want your data published. You can still limit how much information will be shown. If you select NO, none of your information will be published - and your child's name will NOT appear on the class list in the app. We encourage everyone to at least have their child's name published so that class lists will be complete. If you want your child's name to be included in the class list but do not want any other personal data published, select YES and then uncheck all the boxes for all the information you want to keep private.

Step 4: See who is in your child's class

From the home page:

Click directory>
Click the filter icon in the upper right corner>
Sort by Student>
Select Teacher>
Click Apply.
